Romania’s Hagag to invest $113.7 million in Bucharest market

Romanian real estate developer Hagag Development Europe plans to commit another 100 million euros ($113.7 million) this year in the country's market.

In June or July, Hagag intends to deliver its first project in Romania, Victoriei 109, a boutique office building situated in Piata Victoriei from Bucharest. In addition, Hagag has another three projects in different phases of development.

The company is searching for lands and lands with buildings, situated in areas of the city and is exchanging the market for this kind of properties.

In 2018, Hagad bought former Petrom buildings Victoriei 109 and 13 and opened H Eliade 9 Residence and H Pipera Lake, the $102.3 million investment near lake Pipera, and 1,350 units, residential scheme.
