Globalworth, a Romanian real estate investment firm, has acquired two office buildings in Poland with a total value of 113 million euros ($127 million).

As part of the transaction, Globalworth purchased Retro Office House, a newly completed office development in central Wrocław, for $66 million.

Additionally, the firm also acquired Silesia Star, an office complex in Katowice with two interconnecting buildings, developed in 2014 and 2016, in Katowice for about $61 million.

Following the closure of the deal, Globalworth's real estate portfolio in Poland now includes 21 office and mixed-use investments with a total gross leasable area of 560,000 square meters.
