Singaporean ride-sharing company Grab will construct a new headquarter (HQ) building in Singapore with 181.2 million Singaporean dollars ($134.2 million) investment.

The new building, which will be located within the one-north business park, will be designed and built in partnership with Singaporean real estate company Ascendas Reit.

Grab said that the new building will house all its employees, create its first dedicated physical facility as well as having its largest research and development centre.

The new HQ, to be ready by the fourth quarter of 2020, will be an environment-friendly building.
