Singaporean real estate investment management firm SC Capital Partners has bought a Canberra office complex, Finlay Crisp Centre, in Canberra, Australia for A$62 million ($43 million).
Finlay Crisp Centre, with a total net lettable area of 28,519 square meters, comprises three adjacent buildings, each with their own basement car parking, storage levels and entrance.
Via SC Capital's RECAP Fund series, the company will buy the landmark building in Australia from Dexus Property Group and renovate it.
Additionally, the firm has partnered with Sydney-based asset manager Artifex Property Group for a planned $34.6 million upgrade at Finlay Crisp Centre, expected to start in mid-2020.
