Slovenian postal services operator Posta Slovenije has agreed to purchase 72.13 percent of the shares of logistical services firm Intereuropa for 105 million euro ($118.4 million).
Posta Slovenije noted that the deal is in line with its business plan and will help the company to boost its revenue.
Intereuropa, which in 2017 booked revenue of $118.4 million, expects to exceed 210 million euros in its revenues by 2022.
Additionally, Posta Slovenije is planning to complete the acquisition of Intereuropa in the coming months.
