South Korea’s Sunjin invests $25 mln in new Vietnamese factory

Sunjin Group, a South Korean animal feed unit of agribusiness company Harim Holdings Co. Ltd., has opened its new animal feed factory at Dong Van IV Industrial Park, in the northern province of Ha Nam, Vietnam.

The 4.4-hectare factory, with a total investment of $25 million, is capable of producing 240,000 tonnes of animal feeds annually. The new facility, Sunjin F&F animal feed factory, will provide a different solution for animal breeding as it fixes challenges in feeding piglets.

Sunjin Group will make the greatest effort to help Vietnamese livestock breeders and its partners develop by improving the local livestock industry’s competitive edges.

The new factory has been put into operation and will meet the rising demand of the market, and contribute to the development of not only the domestic animal breeding sector but also that of the province.
