Swiss serviced offices firm IWG plc has invested $850,000 in establishing a new co-working center in Nairobi, Kenya. Located at the Global Trade Centre Office Tower, the facility offers co-working spaces, private offices, and modern meeting facilities. Operating under the Spaces brand, this marks IWG plc's third location in Africa, following South Africa and Morocco. The company, publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange, expands its Nairobi presence, complementing nine flexible workspaces under the Regus brand, catering largely to corporate teams in various strategic locations across the city.

The newly inaugurated GTC Spaces, occupying 1,761 square meters on the 14th floor of the skyscraper, aligns with IWG's strategy to strengthen its footprint in Nairobi, recognizing the city as a vital business hub. As hybrid working gains prominence, IWG emphasizes the increasing demand for high-quality flexible workspaces. Founded in Brussels in 1989, IWG plc operates in nearly 4,000 locations globally.
