Swiss food and beverage company Nestlé is considering to divest skin health division, Nestlé Skin Health, at 10.2 billion Swiss Francs ($10.1 billion) valuation.

Nestlé is in talks with a consortium led by Swedish private equity firm EQT and ADIA Nestlé, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, to sell the unit.

The proposed transaction will be subject to employee consultations and approval of regulatory authorities and is expected to close in the second half of 2019.

Annually, Nestlé Skin Health, which employs 5,000 people across 40 countries, has approximately $2.7 million in revenue.
