Switzerland-based clean technology company TreaTech has raised 9 million Swiss francs ($10 million) in a Series A funding round led by Engie New Venture and Montrose Environmental Group. Other participants included EIC Fund, Sipchem Europe, CMA CGM Fund for Energies, and Holdigaz. With this investment, TreaTech's total funding since its inception reaches $16.7 million.

The company plans to utilize the funds to advance its technology, expand its product offering, and raise awareness about the significance of circular waste treatment. TreaTech specializes in hydrothermal gasification technology, which converts various waste streams into valuable products like fresh water, minerals for fertilizers, and renewable gas for energy solutions.
