Thai Beverage (ThaiBev), a beverage company, has inked an agreement to further buy another 50 percent stake in management consultancy firm Vietnam F&B Alliance Investment Joint Stock Company, to make up around 99 percent of the firm.
The remaining one percent is still held by the existing Vietnamese shareholders. Thai Beverage said it acquired the stake from an unrelated third party at $0.43 per share.
The aggregate consideration for the transaction is 340.8 billion Vietnamese dong ($14.7 million).
In 2017, ThaiBev acquired a 49 percent stake in Vietnam F&B Alliance Investment.
