Armut.com, a Turkish local services platform, has joined forces with ProntoPro, an Italian professional hiring, artisans and small businesses marketplace.
As part of the transaction, the new company has collected 15 million euros ($15 million) in a fresh financing round.
The newly formed company will use the proceeds from the financing to triple its investment in products and headcount.
In addition, the capital secured from the round, which was led by ProntoPro’s backers, will also enable the company to expand services across all European markets.
