Agthia Group PJSC, a UAE-based food and beverage company, has launched a $54 million venture capital (VC) fund, Agthia Ventures, to boost innovation and drive profitable growth. Co-funded by Agthia Group and its parent company ADQ, the fund will be managed in partnership with Touchdown Ventures, focusing on startups offering snacks and beverages, functional water, alternative proteins, and sustainability solutions in farming and packaging, among others. Agthia Ventures aims to support entrepreneurs' market adoption, product development, and scaling by leveraging Agthia's industry knowledge, distribution networks, and technological infrastructure.

The CVC program will provide access to cutting-edge technologies and market insights from dynamic entrepreneurs, enhancing Agthia's growth and adaptability to consumer needs.
