Seven Tides, a UAE real estate developer, intends to sell Anantara The Palm Dubai, a luxury five-star resort, located in East Crescent, Palm, Dubai.
The company aims to sell the resort, which opened in January 2014 on the Crescent, for 1.1 billion dirhams ($280 million).
