London-based Adthena, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered search marketing platform, has secured $14 million in a Series A round of funding.

The company raised the capital from U.S.-based Updata Partners, a growth capital provider to software and software-enabled businesses.

The new capital will further advance Adthena’s rapid development across the U.S. and internationally while boosting the product development of its paid search AI platform.

More so, the company will use the funds to boost its AI capabilities and support the launch of new channels.
