UK-based financial services company City of London Group PLC has completed with 15 million pounds ($19.9 million) in a share offering.
With the net funds, City of London Group intends to support the development of its lending business.
City of London noted it closed $17.5 million via share subscription of 10.5 million shares at $1.16 each.
Further, the company raised an extra $2.8 million through unlisted unsecured convertible credit notes.
