UK-based student accommodation provider Collegiate AC intends to secure up to 2 billion pounds ($2.6 billion) in an investment round.
With the net funds, Collegiate AC will extend its portfolio to new and existing territories across Europe.
The company is also seeking acquisition opportunities of standing and cash generating assets, as part of its growth strategy.
Moreso, Collegiate AC intends to operate internationally with a foothold in the UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
