London-based private equity firm Development Partners International (DPI) has infused $35 million into South African facilities management services provider International Facilities Services (IFS).

The $35million investment, infused via the African Development Partners II fund, ADP II, will help finance IFS’ acquisitive development strategy.

Moreso, the funds will be used to support working capital requirements for existing contracts in addition to IFS’ robust pipeline of new projects across the continent.

Annually, Development Partners International generates around $25 million in revenue.
