The property, acquired from a private seller, is situated in Oss to the southeast of the Netherlands. The logistics warehouse consists 51,502 square meters and is fully leased to XPO Logistics.

This transaction represents the company’s first acquisition of 2019 and grows the combined value of its core diversified income strategy, which is seeded with capital from Europa Capital’s principal shareholder, Mitsubishi Estate, to over $205.9 million.

The deal follows the recent purchase of a 21,054 square feet logistics facility in Tilburg, as part of the same commitment strategy and takes Europa Capital’s core diversified income portfolio to four assets in Germany, France, Germany and Netherlands.
