UK-based electricity technology firm Faraday Grid has raised 25 million pounds ($32.5 million) in an investment round.

The company raised the funds from U.S. shared workspaces company WeWork.

Faraday Grid will use the investment is to finance its ongoing international extension, with developments allocated in the UK, U.S., Japan, Australia and throughout Europe.

In addition, the company will use the funds to speed up the commercialization of its Faraday Exchanger technology with its project partners.
