Form3 Financial Cloud, a UK cloud-based platform for complete end-to-end processing of payments, has bagged $13 million in a Series B funding round.
The Series B was led by venture capital firm Draper Esprit plc with existing shareholders Barclays Bank plc, Angel CoFund and several individuals.
Form3 Financial Cloud intends to use the proceed to further its mission in the financial industry of sending and receiving payments in real time.
The firm will also use the funds to build momentum to develop additional services and expand into international markets.
