UK-based real estate investment trust Gramercy Europe Ltd. has acquired a warehouse in Rotterdam and a development site in Utrecht for 40 million euros ($45.6 million).

Gramercy has acquired 26,000 square meters high-quality warehouse used as a distribution centre, from Dutch food and beverages company Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V.

Further, Gramercy acquired a development site in the Lage Weide logistics park in Utrecht from Borghese Logistics.

The warehouse comprises of freezer, refrigerated, packing and expedition compartments, with an additional office space, which increases Gramercy Europe’s investment in the Dutch logistics market.
