UK-based plumbing company Kohler Mira, part of Kohler Co., has started construction on a development project in Worcestershire with 20 million pounds ($25.8 million).
Kohler Mira said that U.S.-based contractor Bennimans has been appointed to construct its distribution, training and office unit site.
Bennimans will hand over the first phase, 158,000 square feet unit by September.
Moreso, the other 100,000 square feet of space could be constructed at a later date.
