UK-based non-bank mortgage lender LendInvest is preparing to go public this year.

LendInvest has appointed investment bankers at Lazard to advise it on a range of strategic fundraising options, including a possible initial public offering.

LendInvest is expecting investments to come from a range of sources including the London Stock Exchange’s retail bond programme, institutional investors and investment banks such as Nomura and Citigroup.

LendInvest, which is seeking a minimum valuation of 500 million pounds ($663.7 million), will also appoint underwriting banks in the coming weeks.
