UK-based real estate investment firm Orchard Street Investment Management has acquired an office building in Brighton for 39 million pounds ($50.1 million).

The office building, due to open this year, was bought on behalf of St James’s Place Property Unit Trust.

The building is fully pre-let to U.S.-based video game development company Unity Technologies, Diversified and Dehns.

The office building, situated in the North Laine area of Brighton, was divested by design and build construction company McAleer and Rushe.
