UK private equity firm PIR Equities has secured 275 million euros ($312 million) for its third flagship fund.
PIR Equities’ fundraising hit its hard capitalization limit, surpassing the maximum size initially set for the fund.
The company said that it seeks investments in which its extensive network, operational expertise and capital can drive significant value to stakeholders.
In August 2018, PIR Equities committed to investing $50 million in blockchain technology companies over a 12 months period.
