Australian consultancy firm Corview has been acquired by UK-based professional services and consultancy firm RPS Group PLC for 18 million pounds ($23.4 million).
Under the deal, RPS will pay an initial $12.7 million on completion with further payments of $3.5 million on the first, second and third anniversaries of completion.
For the year ended June 2018, Corview generated about $12.4 million in revenue.
RPS said that the trading has been in line with market expectations in 2018 and it expects its adjusted pretax profit to be $65.4 million.
