UK-based metals and mining company Vedanta Resources plans to invest $1.6 billion in South Africa for mining minerals project.
Vedanta Resources said that it has already infused $400 million in South Africa as well as outlining more investments to produce minerals like zinc.
Last year, the company made an investment of $1 billion in South Africa.
In 2017, Vedanta Resources generated $11.6 billion in revenue.
