London-based Soldo, a financial technology startup, has raised $61 million in Series B investment round.
Led by Battery Ventures and Dawn Capital, the funding round also saw participation from Accel, Connect Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.
In connection with the funding, which has brought Soldo’s total funding raised to date to $82 million, Battery Ventures and Dawn Capital have joined Soldo’s board of directors.
Soldo will use the new capital to further consolidate its leadership position in the UK, Italy and Ireland to scale into new European markets and double its workforce over the next 12 months.
