A partnership between London-based 90 North Real Estate (RE) Partners, a RE investment adviser, and Kuwait's Rasameel Investment Co. has acquired two student accommodation properties in Leicester and Edinburgh.

Built in 2018, the two properties, Dover Street in Leicester and Goods Corner in Edinburgh, consist of 135 bed spaces and 108 studio bed spaces respectively.

90 North Real Estate, part of UK real estate investment adviser 90 North Group, and Rasameel Investment purchased the two newly built student accommodation properties for 22 million pounds ($27 million). 

The fully let student accommodation properties were acquired from Aimrok, a UK developer, which was advised by Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Accommodation Capital Markets team.
