Through a joint venture partnership with peer Caisson Investment Management, UK real estate investment manager Barwood Capital has bought seven multi-let industrial estates for its 2017 Regional Property Fund.

With a total investment of 38 million pounds ($49 million), Barwood Capital bought the 50,000 square feet (ft²) Eldonwall Trading Estate, Nottingham, which totals 2.21-acres and the 131,485ft² Bromborough Point, Wirrall International Business Park, totaling 6.72 acres.

The firm also bought the 66,400ft² Marconi Courtyard, Corby, which has 3.42-acres, and the 77,367ft² Broadmeadow Trade Park, Dumbarton, totaling 4.15 acres, as well as the 148,534ft² Penketh Business Park, Warrington, which totals 6.46-acres.

Finally, Barwood Capital acquired Nasmyth Court, Livingston, totaling 4.24 acres with 52,649ft² of space and the 337,233ft² Hastingwood Industrial Park, Birmingham, which has 12.28-acres.
