Polish real estate developer Cavatina has divested the newly completed Diamentum office building in Wroclaw in a 20 million euros ($22.4 million) transaction.
The property, covering 9,300 square meters, is spread over 8 floors and provides surface and underground parking for 100 cars.
Cavatina sold the building, a grade A office building delivered earlier this year, to Benson Elliot, a London-based real estate investment firm.
Benson Elliot said that the deal fits well with its strategy of acquiring quality office assets in prime locations across Poland’s major regional markets.
