British commercial property investment firm CLS Holdings PLC has sold Pacific House, a multi-let modern office building in Reading.

CLS Holdings paid 15.8 million pounds ($20 million) to Clearbell Property Partners II, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, to buy the 57,000 square foot office building.

In 2015, Clearbell had purchased Pacific House as part of the Chalk portfolio of South East office assets.

The firm undertook an extensive upgrade at the property, which included the installation of a new ceiling, LED lighting, raised floor and carpet throughout, among others.
