UK commercial real estate company Capital Industrial has completed the acquisition of an industrial property in Park Royal, west London.
The asset, comprising three industrial units, is currently let until 2023 to HR Owen, a London-based car dealership company.
Capital Industrial acquired the 42,722 square feet asset at 5-9 School Road, Park Royal from UK property management company Eskmuir Properties.
The transaction is valued at more than 15 million pounds ($19 million).
