London-based private equity real estate manager Henderson Park and funds managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers (Swiss Life AM) have agreed to buy Kustermann Park, an office complex in Munich, Germany.

The companies are paying about 400 million euros ($442 million) to acquire the property, which totals 74,000 square meters of office space across two buildings and 889 parking spaces.

Of the two buildings, located directly adjacent to Munich’s Werksviertel, Swiss Life AM is purchasing Brinell Haus, a 32,000 square meter fully-leased asset, with a weighted average lease term of 14 years.

Additionally, Henderson Park is also acquiring Rockwell Haus, a 42,000 square meter building, which is fully leased to a range of tenants including City of Munich, TDK and Regus.
