British property manager M7 Real Estate announced that the firm has boosted its portfolio in Poland with the acquisition of a mixed-use portfolio for a total purchase price of 66 million euros ($73.9 million).

On behalf of its M7 Polish Active Fund (M7 POLAF), M7 Real Estate has bought the portfolio comprising five office, light industrial and logistics assets located in Wrocław, Poland.

The deal complements the assets acquired by M7 POLAF earlier this year and provides further geographic and industry diversity based on a strong tenant profile.

The acquired properties total around 63,000 square metre of leaseable space, which is currently 89 percent let to 75 tenants with a weighted average lease term of 3 years.
