UK real estate investment management firm Meyer Bergman has acquired two properties in a logistics park in the port of Amsterdam, the Netherlands for its urban logistics platform Crossbay.

Meyer Bergman purchased the properties for the new Crossbay urban logistics platform, which is targeting 2 billion euros ($2.4 billion) in total value, from Arc-en-Ciel.

The acquired assets, dubbed Beiraweg 11 and 15, are fully occupied to single tenants and collectively provide over 21,000 square meters of warehousing space within 10 minutes’ travel to Amsterdam city centre or Schiphol Airport.

Located in the warehouse on Beiraweg 11, Bleckmann is a fashion and logistics company, whereas homewares wholesaler Riviera Maison is located in Beiraweg 15, which contains a showroom and office space.
