London-based real estate investment manager Newcore Capital Management has closed its fourth UK social infrastructure, storage and accommodation fund at 150 million pounds (187.4 million).
Newcore Capital noted that the value-add Newcore Strategic Situations IV fund received capital from institutional investors as well as its existing family office client base.
With the latest commitments, Newcore Strategic Situations IV is continuing the value-add strategy, which Newcore Capital has successfully executed since interception.
Newcore Strategic Situations IV has so far committed $37.5 million and aims to deliver an annual 14 to 16 percent net internal rate of return to investors.
