Oakmount and Partners Ltd., a UK investment management and consulting company, and Core Capital have purchased a prime, ready-to-go office site at Sandyford in south Dublin.

As part of the deal, the companies have paid circa 17 million euros ($19 million) to acquire the property, which extends to 5.26 acres on Blackthorn Avenue adjacent to Sandyford Luas stop.

Additionally, the subject site has two live planning permissions for office developments extending to between 35,000 and 42,000 square meters.

Oakmount and Core Capital acquired the so-called Eden Plaza scheme, spread over five modern blocks, with ancillary space for a cafe and retail unit, from Ardstone Capital.
