Triple Point Social Housing REIT, a British real estate investment trust company, revealed that it has closed on the purchase of 18 supported housing properties.
The acquired properties are located in the West Midlands, the East Midlands, the South West, Yorkshire, Scotland and the East of England.
The assets have full repairing and insuring leases, for periods of between 20 and 25 years, with specialist housing associations including Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd., Falcon Housing Association, Hilldale Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.
Triple Point Social Housing REIT purchased the assets, comprising 77 units in total, for an aggregate commitment of around 11.6 million pounds ($15 million).
