British modern healthcare properties investor Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) plans to buy Meath Primary Healthcare Centre in Dublin, Ireland, for 10.9 million euros ($12.3 million).
The fully-let property includes three General practitioners practices, a pharmacy, a specialist health clinic and a number of other care services.
Meath Primary Healthcare Centre is 2,770 meters squared and has a combined unexpired lease term of around 16 years. The transaction is expected to be finalized on July 19.
The deal is Primary Health Properties' tenth in Ireland, increasing its total portfolio to 317 assets with a gross value of over $1.9 million.
