UK-based venture capital firm Unicorn AIM VCT PLC announced that the company has grabbed 10.7 million pounds ($13.9 million) through a subscription offering.
Unicorn AIM is seeking to bag a total of $19.6 million in the offering.
The company will issue a maximum of 25 shares at a price range of between $1.95 to $2.03 each.
The offering will be completed on April 4, or earlier if fully subscribed.
