Upstate Niagara Cooperative, an American dairy cooperative, has acquired a former yoghurt production facility in Batavia, New York for $22.5 million.
The company said that the transaction reflects its commitment to long-term growth it will offer additional products.
Upstate Niagara Cooperative also noted that it expects to add manufacturing jobs within the Genesee County.
In 2017, Upstate Niagara Cooperative agreed to acquire the Campbell cheese plant of The Kraft Heinz Co.
