EB Real Estate Group, a U.S. real estate services provider, has completed the divestment of Somerset Apartments, a 240-unit apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina (N.C).

Located at 1400 Ventura Way Drive, adjacent to Interstate 85, the community comprises a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 16 two-story buildings completed in 1973 on a 19-acre site.

Somerset Apartments, which is close to the LYNX Light Rail Blue Line extension and Hunters Point, a 385-unit community, also has common-area amenities including a clubhouse, pool with grilling area and a sports court.

EB Real Estate sold the asset, which was 93.8 percent occupied as of July, to U.S. real estate investment company Federal Capital Partners (FCP) for $18 million.
