Stonecrest Resorts, LLC., a U.S. limited liability commercial real estate developer, has completed phase II renovations at the east Atlanta shopping and entertainment complex, The Mall at Stonecrest's new anchor, Priví.

The total investment of $4.2 million has enabled the completion of phase II renovations at Priví, a 143,000-square-foot lifestyle adaptive reuse of the former Sears department store.

Recently, Bay Mountain Capital provided a further $8.3 million in financing to continue the momentum of Priví, including building the new chef-driven food hall on the second level.

Moreover, construction at the mall will begin on the interior portion of the 40,000-square-foot chef-driven food and beverage hall this quarter.
