U.S.-based investment firm American Capital Partners (ACP) has bagged capital for its second venture fund.

The company's new fund is dubbed ACP Venture Capital Fund II.

American Capital Partners raised about $24.3 million for its sophomore venture fund.

The new fund is targeting about $100 million.
