U.S.-based frozen food manufacturer Ajinomoto Windsor is investing $20 million in an expansion project at its Oakland, Mississippi frozen food manufacturing plant.

Ajinomoto Windsor plans to add a new production line at its new facility.

The company, which acquired the 140,000 square feet plant in 2007, expects to add about 60 new positions to its current headcount of 312.

The new facility is expected to continue expanding Ajinomoto Windsor’s operations in Mississippi.
