U.S.-based Legacy Shamrock Community, a real estate investment services firm, has sold Shamrock Gardens, a multifamily community in Atlanta.
The all-brick Shamrock Gardens, located at 1988 Plaza Lane, features 344 apartments in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom styles.
The community, which was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale, has amenities including individual air conditioning and high-speed Internet access.
Shamrock Community divested the 52-year-old property to New York-based property investment firm Alcott Capital for $23.4 million.
