U.S. human capital software firm Alight files for $600 mln listing

U.S. cloud-based human capital software platform Alight Solutions has filed for about $600 million stock market listing.

Alight, which has $2.3 billion in revenue annually, filed with the Securities Exchange Commission.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the joint book-runners on the listing.

Alight has raised a total of $24.1 million in funding over two rounds.
