U.S. Alliancebernstein buys $311 mln stake in real estate firm CBRE Group

U.S.-based investment firm Alliancebernstein L.P. has bought a stake in commercial real estate services and investment company CBRE Group Inc.

Valued at about around $311 million, Alliancebernstein L.P. purchased 7 million shares of CBRE Group’s stock.

CBRE Group had revenue of $5.26 billion during the last quarter.

The firm’s stock opened at $43.72 on Friday with a market capitalization of $14.63 billion.
