U.S.-based blank check company AMCI Acquisition is aiming to secure $200 million in an initial public offering (IPO).

AMCI Acquisition is planning to issue 20 million shares at a price of $10 per share.

The company, which has a market capitalization of $250 million, intends to list its shares on Friday, November 16.

U.S.-based financial services company Jefferies acted as the underwriter for the IPO and UBS Investment Bank was co-manager.
